Isaac Ocean was born & raised in Johnstown, PA.

Laying in bed the week of his 19th birthday, he decided to play the guitar. Then he learned how to sing. Then he took acting lessons, then dance lessons, and then became a professional performer. 

Isaac Ocean has performed thousands of times in fronts of crowds, but his new projects are all his own making. He wanted to make something that was different, with an edge, and the insights of a real unashamed Alcoholic who goes to meetings.
